I have verizon dsl. For the past two weeks I have been having trouble logging into “my Yahoo” home page. I get a response saying that there is some sort of problem with my internet explorer.

When I am working online, I am having trouble getting out of my sbcglobal.net account and logging into my yahoo account because my computer thinks I want or need to close my internet browser. One account is a home account, the other was set up by the school I attend.

Ive tried the yahoo beta home page and after a few days of usage, i cant open my personal mails. The Yahoo account that was blocked are for my personal mails only, im not even surfing or accessing any other site while log-on to that account.How can i re-open my personal mails?

I’ve had my @yahoo.com email address for 10+ years. 2 years ago I signed up for SBC’s internet service. Apparently, it merged my yahoo account with my sbc account. Since my home pc has been down for a year, I finally canceled my sbc internet service and just log on from work. How can I get back/keep my @yahoo.com account? Will I have to create a new account and loose the address I’ve had for more than 10 years?

I came home from work and I couldnt access my yahoo account. I went to the change password screen. It asks 3 questions. Your bday, your zipcode and it asks you type the validation thing. It kicks me back, sayin I missed something on the page. I know my bday and my zipcode. I must have done this a hundred times. It still kicks me back. To make a long story short, i cant get to my secret question in order to change my password. Can anybody help me reclaim my email address? By the way, this includes my messenger as well. I used this yahoo email as my main account. I cant retrieve my important emails. I dont know what happened, i went to bed saturday night and everything was fine. I come home Sunday from work and I cant check my mail or log onto my messenger. Can anyone please help, so I can get my emails. Thank you.
