Hello, when i turn on my computer after being off for a while it makes this strange noise sounds like something to do with the fan as i have unplugged the HDDs and still get this noise so i know its not the HDD Also the noise sounds a lot worse when it is really cold as i have my computers in a log cabin can some one tell me what to do about this and also is it still ok the use the comp when it is making this noise if it goes away after about 10 mins. Thanks

I would like to find out what the other people are doing on my computer while I’m at work. I am the admin so I have a lot more capabilities then the others who log on. Is there a good keylogger out there without the spyware, or something that can show me what they type and email. This is just a computer at home and not a business computer.

we’ve been trying to sell our house for a very long time. we had a good looker yesterday. we have one other property in our area, that is comparable to ours in that it has a large lot, a creek (there’s is year round our runs around 7 months a year). we have an apple orchard, they have a few fruit trees, our house is stick built and about 400sq ft. bigger, there house is a modular new in great shape. they have a cute little log cabin on the property it’s about 200sq ft with pluming and electric in it. the big difference is the price. we are 60k less then the other house.
we are waiting to hear and i am losing my mind so i thought i’d do a non scientific study here on yahoo and see who would buy what. both properties are tight and in good shape they are 2 blocks apart.
our is listed at 139,9K and their’s is listed at 200K. which one would you chose?
