it will be a canine hydrotherapy pool that will be housed in a log cabin in my garden,who do I need to inform if I start a business from home? Do I need planning permission?any help welcomed !

photographic studio name please?
photography by ruth rudolph has been my business name for 11 years and am known as that, its a log cabin based on a farm in a cornfield. Have thought of cornfields but not sure if its too farm like.
Please haelp my brain is frazzling.

Does anyone remember a tv programme where people started up there own business?
It was mostly people who had a hobby that they wanted to take further, two were about people starting a cake decorating business. One was a coffee shop/cake business called Elegance in Blackpool, the other was a woman who bought a log cabin to set up as a cake workshop.
I’d love it if anyone can remember the name of the programme so I can maybe find it again.

Is there a way to hook up security cameras so u can log into them on the internet and view them from home?
My buddy wanted a camera system that he could hook up in his house to monitor it when he is out on business. He wanted to hook up 5 video cameras in the house and then be able to view them on his computer via internet while away. Is this possible? If so how do we do this?
